A consultancy, not a law firm

LegisCore Legal Consultants and Advisors (Pty) Ltd is a legal consultancy. We are not a law firm or an attorneys’ practice.

Gerald Kenosi holds an LLB from UNISA. He is not an admitted attorney or advocate and does not hold himself out as one.

What we provide

Legal information, research, business advisory, HR and compliance support, and ordinary business document services only where the work is not reserved by law for practising legal practitioners or other authorised professionals.

Work we do not undertake

• Court representation.
• Preparing, signing, issuing or filing pleadings, notices of motion or documents relating to or intended for court proceedings.
• Conveyancing, property transfers or notarial work, including notarial execution of antenuptial contracts.
• Any other act or service reserved by law for practising attorneys, advocates, conveyancers or notaries.

We do not offer CCMA representation as an advertised service. Our labour support focuses on workplace processes, understanding issues and preparation within our consultancy scope.

Referrals

If a matter falls outside our scope, we will tell you. Where appropriate, we can help identify a suitable professional. Any referred professional is engaged separately under their own terms and fees.

Confidentiality

We treat client information confidentially. Confidentiality does not mean every communication with a consultancy automatically attracts legal professional privilege.

Information and engagement

Website resources provide general information. Sending an enquiry does not appoint LegisCore or create an engagement. Work starts only after the scope and terms have been agreed. An enquiry does not suspend or extend a legal deadline.
